Registered Trademarks

The wordmark and logo design of our Legends & Lore® Marker Grant Program is Registered. First references to the Legends & Lore program should be written out completely (i.e. Legends & Lore® Marker Grant Program) and include the ® symbol.

Logo

The official Foundation logo is a combination of our wordmark and our tagline (i.e. William G. Pomeroy Foundation / For History. For Life.) The wordmark is a registered trademark, and has a ® after the word “Foundation” and another ® after the second period in the tagline. The logo should be expressed in our brand colors (see below). Some exceptions may apply. Please contact the Foundation directly for additional uses.
