The White Lady Legends & Lore Marker Dedication

A dedication ceremony for a Legends & Lore marker recognizing the story of The White Lady will be held at Durand Eastman Park. The unveiling will begin at 11:00 a.m. on June 27, 2023. This event will be the first of three dedications that day. A second dedication for a new NYS marker commemorating Martha Matilda Harper will take place beginning at 1:30 p.m. followed by a third marker dedication at Rapids Cemetery taking place at 3 p.m. Go to our interactive map to read The White Lady marker inscription.
