St. Paul’s United Methodist Church will host a dedication ceremony for a new historic marker commemorating the First Methodist Episcopal Society and the property it was deeded in 1819 to start a church in Ithaca, N.Y. The unveiling will take place on Sunday, Nov. 3 following a morning service from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The ceremony coincides with All Saints’ Day.
