A dedication ceremony for an Illinois historical marker commemorating freedom seeker Jim Gray will be held at the county courthouse in Ottawa, IL. The event will begin at 2 p.m. on the building’s north side. Illinois Supreme Court Justice Robert L. Carter of Ottawa will be the keynote speaker.
