Patriot Burials: Ellisburg Cemetery Historic Marker Dedication

The Ellisburg Cemetery Association and the Thousand Islands Chapter of the Empire State Society of the Sons of the American Revolution will host a dedication ceremony for a marker commemorating patriots burials at Ellisburg Cemetery in Ellisburg, N.Y. The dedication will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8.
The marker being commemorated is part of a series NYS Historic Markers that honors Revolutionary War patriots: those who fought in or were involved with the struggle for American independence.
