A dedication ceremony for a new historic marker commemorating aviation pioneer Ruth Law will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 19. The event will kick off at 2 p.m. at Hornell High School. A skilled pilot, Ruth Law set a record in 1916 for what was at the time the longest nonstop flight, traveling from Chicago to Hornell, N.Y.
