The Loomis Gang Legends & Lore Marker Dedication

The Morrisville Historic Preservation Commission will dedicate a new Legends & Lore roadside marker for the Loomis Gang on Saturday, July 20. The unveiling ceremony will begin at 11:45 a.m. in front of the historic Engine House in Morrisville, N.Y. The dedication will be followed by a presentation about the Engine House, as well as a tour. Street parking is available. There is a large parking lot next to the Engine House where parking will also be available.

The marker dedication coincides with Morrisville’s day-long bicentennial celebration. Activities begin at 11 a.m. and will include a barbecue, food trucks and bus tours of historic properties.
