A dedication ceremony will be held for a new historic roadside marker commemorating the Westmont Historic District’s inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places. The event, which will be hosted by Westmont Borough in Johnstown, Pa., will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 25. Local dignitaries will be in attendance.
