The Col. Lindsley Burying Ground was established in 1794. Among the interred are veterans of the Revolutionary War, including Col. Eleazer Lindsley, Dr. Ezekiel Mulford and Capt. John Seelye.
In 2024, the cemetery was comprehensively documented through a GPS/GIS mapping project that recorded grave locations, identified previously unmarked burials, and created a publicly accessible digital database of burial records and grave marker information.
