Patriot Burials Historical Marker Dedications

Dedication ceremonies will be held for Patriot Burials historical markers at Caughdenoy and Hillside cemeteries in Central Square, N.Y. The unveilings will begin at 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2025. Go to our interactive map to read the Caughdenoy and Hillside marker inscriptions. The dedications will be followed by a brunch/lunch at the Central Square American Legion Post 915.
