What is required to be in my land use permission letter?
Land use permission letters must be from the current owners of the parcel of land you wish to install the marker on. They must explicitly state that they are the owner of said property, list the address, GPS, or other property identifying information, grant explicit permission for the marker to be installed on their property should the grant funding be awarded, and they must be signed (with title if applicable), dated, and on official letterhead whenever possible. Letters granting support or an intent to give permission only will not be accepted. For a template, see the links below.
