Welcome volunteers! Complete the form below to register your participation in the third annual National Historic Marker Day. Your name, town/city, and state will be listed on our volunteer acknowledgment webpage.

If you are representing a team or organization, fill out this form only once and indicate the total number of people participating to ensure everyone gets a sticker.

Registered participants will receive a digital “I Cleaned A Marker!” sticker to use on social media. Those who share a mailing address will receive physical “I Cleaned A Marker!” and “National Historic Marker Day” stickers. Each team will also receive at least one official National Historic Marker Day cleaning cloth and toothbrush.
