In partnership with The Lafayette Trail, our Lafayette Trail historical marker program helps communities commemorate General Lafayette’s 1824–25 Farewell Tour across the United States. Grant-funded Pomeroy Markers are installed at locations where Gen. Lafayette visited, preserving the stories of his journey and celebrating his enduring legacy.
