Historically, the Rounds family was among the earliest residents of Lafayette, New York. This small rural cemetery has served as the final resting place for Rounds family from 1802 to 1862. Among those buried here are Comfort Rounds, who lived to the age of 101, and was a veteran of the French and Indian War.
