The Ruland Homestead is thought to be one of the oldest homes in the Town of Rush, NY. War of 1812 Veteran, Jeremiah Ruland built the family home around 1815 and it remained in the family’s possession for over 100 years. By 1954 this historic homestead became the home of the Kozimor Family.
