The Riverside Cemetery is situated on Tappan Street, next to the Seneca River in the Village of Baldwinsville. Within this historic cemetery is a small section known as the Old Yard, where several early village residents are interred. Two of these residents include the namesake and founder of Baldwinsville, Dr. Jonas C. Baldwin and his wife Eliza, who both passed away in early 1827.
